It drives me crazy that I can't order course changes or rudder movement while I'm on the scope or bridge! It seems like I have to back out to the map screen and make my orders from there.
I'm a former submariner and I want to be able to make my approach and attack from the scope. Is it possible to have the depth/rudder/engine order telegraph selectable while on the scope?
If not, how easy do we think it is to mod this? I also want to add "feathering" from the scope being up. A scope up in the water should cause a disturbance that increases likelihood of detection. Especially when going 10kts!

Especially when going 10kts! TheConn!:Kaleun_Salute: WWII uboats could not operate above 6 knots with the scope extended. The vibration, even with later buttressed 'scopes, rendered them inoperable. :k_confused::O:See: German Uboat periscopes-Uboataces

Try holding the ALT key while using the scope. Should bring up all command controls.
Cheers!
