Remove flags from subs?

I forget how to remove flags from subs. Searching but no luck. I used to remove them in TMO with easy edit of the .eqp file for each sub class but forget exactly what to do. Edit: Never mind, I finally remembered.

Yeah, "NULL" is your friend if you want to keep the place-holder, or not have to renumber everything below, though the flag is usually listed last...

Well I thought you just did this. I saved but flag still showed up when started patrol(interfered with aft TBT shot on a destroyer chasing me in sibutu passage, still got him with a down the throat shot though but difficult and could spell disaster under more trying circumstances.
