I'm just getting a handle on what the various layers do. I'm working on the VIIB conning tower and there's an annoying reversing of indents and protusions from port to starboard sides. Is there anything that can be done about this?

The diffuse skin is mirrored, which in this day and age is a bit dated. It'd be great to be able to paint unique elements for either side and also a higher res skin'd be awesome.

Just a wishin'.

Only way to fix this is to export the 3D models, re-uv them, then re-import.
