TWoS Engima Help (Not Encryption)

Anyone just not receive the 3rd encrypted message for their patrols? The "New Orders 1" says finished in Captains Log and that "New Orders 2" is ongoing. This is for British Coastal waters. I understand that it is a time based objective and tonnage bar is now nonexistent. Just wondering why the last order won't come thru. I have received plenty of messages from Bdu and intercepts while i waited for a couple days. Even redid the previous orders. Just sat in patrol radius for 24 hours with no saves or alt-tabing. Tried restarting game/machine multiple times. Another weird anomaly i have noticed is that after loading game save. All "DMG" markers for destroyed ships move to 0' lat 0' long. I am logged in and run it from the KSD Commander. Could that be affecting this? Other than things occasionally bugging out during game (features just disappearing like silent running, ability to use minimap, and my favorite breaking dancing torpedoed ship), nothing else is severely unusual from my playing conditions.

TLDR; WONT GET 3RD ENGIMA MESSAGE. DO I WAIT OR WHAT?

What does that mean? Go deep and sit there? How does that help me get new encrypted orders. Just trying to make sure I'm doing the right thing. Haven't made it past 1939 even tho I bought the game back in 2012.

Aktungbby was just welcoming you to the forums (as an active poster) after being a member for a long time and not posting anything (silent run). He wasn't trying to answer your question.
