First of all, congratulations to the Wolfpack Development Team for making this outstanding game happen and fulfilling a long time subsim-members dream!!

One very important aspect I think makes a U-boat sim experience very much immersive has to do with the U-boat behaving in it's natural environment the sea and the weather.

What's more atmospheric then the sub pressing through a rolling storm!

I know this probably is very cpu and gpu intensive subject but I'm hoping for
some more U-boat interaction with the ocean ie. particles splash and foam, waves splashing against and over the turret, ship wake and bow wave.

Not an easy subject for sure, but looking at the already very nice particle effects on the burning ships, funnel smoke etc. maybe this request too is possible for the developers at some point in time?

Best regards
Rohling

Haha! Indeed.. after playing Wolfpack for the first time with my long time subsim buddy from Japan, it was time to surface again, we came along way.. Neal and the Devs made it happen :salute:

This is my #1 desire for Wolfpack, big waves and variable bad weather, but I think we will need to wait some time...

Somewhere I read that Wolfpack uses the Unity game engine.

There is a guy doing experiments with baking fluid simulations for a realtime visualization within Unity.. great stuff!
