GWX 3 Wilhelmshaven,St Naz,Schleuse and xtra ships V7 Question:

- does this mod have the GWX merged campaign in his campaign folder?

Because if activated before GWX merged campaign, We probably loose harbor ships and patterns...
And if activated after, we will loose the merged campaign...

In other words, is there any GWX 3 Wilhelmshaven,St Naz,Schleuse and xtra ships V7 WITH the merged campaign adapted for it?

But it seems from what i readed on thread, WB's USAM v69.61.1 Part 1 is not needed...only part 2 :yep:

I do think you'll need webs part two. that's all the extra ships.
But I've never tried running it without Webs so I could be wrong.

If you check out Web's link SH3 mods at the link above I think he did do an MFM Wilhemshafen campaign file...it's kinda hard to keep track of it all. Some of you people are MODDING DEMONS.

Comparing the campaign SNS file of this mod to the GWX merged campaign one, many things still missing :hmmm:
More than 5 thousands units for the mod vs more than 6 thousands for GWX merged campaign...obviously all is NOT there (and might explain my CTD)

Hey Fifi, Might need clean install, I do think you'll need parts one and two of Webs mod. Also check Dave's mod, I had to DL a second time. file was corrupted. funny thing WinWar didn't catch it the first time. wasn't till I'd reinstalled everything that WinWar pitched a fit about a bad file the second time.

Well now I'm thinking your right. CTD tonight while trying to load saved game.
November 1940. I was racking up a pretty good score to!

Sorry if I misled anyone, I really thought I had it working :/\\!!
tore it all down and went back to

GWX - Merged Campaign
GWX 3 Wilhemshafen,St Naz,Schluese and xtra ships V6
New Lorient v1 - GWX3 Merged Campaign+Wilhelmshafen_et_al_V6

I'm guessing the the only way (safe way) to add all those ships is to edit the campaign files.

Absolutely :yep:
Many things involved in those files...plus probably some errors...sometimes game run it ok, sometimes not.
It’s lot of work to merge all things right here.

For the moment, i run GWX without all those mods. I don’t care to not have the harbor locks and other extra stuff...just enjoying GWX original merged campaign files. Anyway i spend just few minutes in the harbors! :haha:
If i want all this extra eye candy in harbors, i have it in Ccom12 anyway. And all settled right without CTDs...
Rowi did an absolute awesome job.

I'll keep digging, been going far back in time here and reading up, maybe at some point it'll start making sense to me :oops:

again, sorry if I gave bad advice. I had it working for almost a year (in game time) before it hit the wall. checking back on old posts seems it's a ships names issue.

Because besides, that the Harbor_kit.dat file is 11 times larger (260 974 482 B) than version 6 (20 370 803 B) is probably due to the amount of information added in ports?

Version 7 is in my opinion much more unstable than version 6. I hope it is only because of the amount of memory used, which may be lacking, and not the number of errors it contains.

I'm not sure were I got it but I'm trying WBs extras for Wilhelmshafen on a gof I loaded New Lorien on top of it,

Now I'd tried this before and it worked but any mission started from New Lorien would put me at SH3's stock location for Lorien.

Till now. I loaded it on top of WB's and all sterts are in my pens for all bases BUT I've have a couple of lose ships...one on the roof of my pen :haha:
