1. Is there a tutorial about how to attack the Convoy in the difficult version of this mission (Fotrsu)?
2. Is there some way I can print out the keyboard commands for FOTRSU?

Eh, you ended up in the SH5 threads, and want the SH4 threads. Maybe a mod can move your post for you, but in the meantime, if you are attempting to do the Submarine School "SS07 Convoy Attack - Difficult", there really are no instructions. You will have airplanes complicating the task, and the escorts are better at protecting the convoy, but you should be able to use Ahead Flank and turn "left" , or toward port to get further in front of the convoy, and then be able to take your time for the approach. The convoy is basically on a 225° course, about 12km north and east of you. You are facing about 328°, so go to approximately 7.5km on about 290 or so. When the first set of airplanes get within 8-10km out, crash dive so they do NOT see you. If they see your submarine, they will hang around to attack. Give them 15-30 minutes to leave the area, coming back up to PD from that crash dive and looking for them first, maybe even checking for them with radar at Radar Depth until you get further along that 290° course. Do not go too much further than that 7.5km distance, until you can track the convoy's course. Do not use the escorts for tracking purposes. They will maneuver all about, where as the merchant ships themselves will hold a "base course" for the most part - at least, until your submarine or a torpedo is detected... More airplanes will complicate things for you...
Another way to attack is to just hit flank on the course you are on, submerge when something gets close (such as the planes), and just continue on that course. You should come in to the side of the rear of the convoy. Either way, you could approach from deep, below the thermal layer and ~slow~, possibly even using Silent Running for the most stealth. You can click on the "hamburger" menu below the Speed telegraph and access the knot gauge and set your speed to 1knot, which will set the motors' rpms to less than 50rpm, which will make things really quiet. In no way though, does this make you "invisible" to the escorts though either... but once you get past the escorts, come up to Periscope Depth, attempting to follow where the merchants are with the sonarman reporting the nearest contact. Practice makes perfect, some say.
The keyboard short-cuts are found in the "root" of the game folder, ie: C:\Games \Silent Hunter \", and are the "SH4_Q-Ref_Card_Back.jpg" and "SH4_Q-Ref_Card_Front.jpg" files that can be printed out for future reference. :salute:

Thanks a lot!
Wasn't expecting such a detailed and prompt answer. Didn't realise I had clicked on the SH5 section, my bad.
