First off - I have to say this is a lot of excellent work put into this mod. I have a Windows 10 and Nvidia 1660 series video card which I have played prior versions of Silent Hunter IV - however - this new mod constantly crashes during gameplay. Any suggestions? I have a Dell XPS series workstation. :Kaleun_Wink:

Did you make SH4 large address aware? Did you follow the install instructions? Is the game installed on a SSD? (There's been some reports of problems with the game when installed to an SSD.)

Maybe, but I've been running both of the latest releases of FotRS Ult on my SSD drive with Win 10 since they came out with out any CTDs, or recovery from Saves crashes. So it is possible. Make certain that when you apply LAA to SH4.exe that you've unchecked the Read Only property, very important. Also clean out an old Save folder in Documents or use a new one before starting game. Keep trying, good luck.

At least read the first post of the thread Fall of the Rising Sun Ultimate - Full Release (https://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?p=2635992#post2635992), but better still would be to read some of the pdf that are linked to in the Support folder of the mod with "01_FotRSU_TableOfContents.pdf", which can also be started from the "01_FotRSU_Support_TOC.bat" file, which will be in the game's folder after mod activation... Everything you should know is in there...
