Hello folks, :Kaleun_Salute:

I'm running into something strange here.... enemy ships are many times at 0 speed, sitting around waiting for something to happen. Submarines are active, fighters/bombers as well... but the enemyships are almost braindead. The 2nd mission from the original campaign (Malacca?) I almost had no resistance... one or two ships are sailing around while the others just park. 1 ship managed to fire off 2 asm's which is a joke with dozens of defending ships on my side.

Is this a bug?
