Hi everyone. I know you can join la Rochelle, Bergen and la Spezia Uboat flotillas, but on the map there are also ports in Kiel and Wilhelmshaven. Is it possible to join these flotillas as well?

Yes, I know you can join a flotilla out of Wilhemlshaven, not sure about Kiel
