Hi All,

I have played sh5 for a couple years on and off, but what keeps putting me off is the damn seabed damage...

every time I get a leak or damage and I lose the ability to maintain depth I end up resting on the seabed... and start taking damage... obviously this is very frustrating if i've just taken a small amount of damage to the hull, which takes forever to repair etc...

I would love to know if there was any way of stopping this damage, and how would I go about it...

I have TWOS 2.2 installed

It is very frustrating as I can never seem to stop the flooding damage before losing depth control and hitting the seafloor...

Thank you.

You need to speak to the chief so he can action repairs, the downside is morale will drop.
You can also use the Bosun to increase morale and have a special meal prepared by the Cook if the ability is there.

You may also need to blow some ballast to bring the boat up to a safer level.

Don't use TC higher that x4 while laying on the seabed or even better, stay away from enemy gun sights in the first place... ;)
