MEP 5 and NYGM

I like MEP 5 (and 6), especially the green water option in 5. However, the sensor.dat file included with both has a newer NYGM equivalent in the 2017A patch, so I'm hesitant to use the MEP file without knowing the difference between it and the NYGM 2017A one.

I've been looking, but can't find a "win merge" type function in the S3D edit program.

1. Is there such a function in the S3D, or is it a node by node only process to compare files ?

2. Failing that, anyone know the differences between the above files ?

Thanks ! I notice the same values in the NYGM 2017A folder are, in same order as you listed above:

16.9k
17k
150
0.1

So, if those are the only things changed then the ranges were just enlarged to fit the 20k MEP environment, which makes sense, vs the 2017A numbers above being for a 16k environment.

I get the chance, I'm going to check out the radar, etc. values. too.

But it looks like the MEP sensors.dat file is perfectly useable vs the 2017A one, even though the 2017A one is more recent.
