View Full Version : Not possible to use gui mod or force fsaa with resolution fix?

Hey guys! First post ;)

I have returned to SH3 after not playing for at decade or so, and I'm super excited to try out these comprehensive mods. However, optimally I would want to get a 3440x1440 resolution, but seeing that this probably wont be possible without extreme stretching, I've settled on 2560x1440. I'm using the dx9/kegetys fix. Everything is correctly set up.

The problem though is I CAN get this resolution working, but when I use LSH2015 and enable any of the gui mods I see that the custom resolution will be disabled. Probably due to the custom dx9 .dll messing up something. I also notice that I cant get fsaa working, although I've read several places its supposed to be quite simple to force fsaa in sh3.

Can anyone shed some light on this? Anyone who use a higher res and experience these problems? Tried just about everything now.

Oh, and anyone know how to get some fuller smoke at higher resolutions? The dots of smoke seems to spread far too much. Wish particle density could go up to 500. :P
