Yeah, just tested it with a friend for about 1.5 hours an here is a bit of feedback:

The map view seems to be buggy. I get around 100-120FPS in the Uboat itself. As soon as i change to map view, may it be by pressing "m" or by using the navigator table, my FPS drop to 20-24. Maybe some problem with the height map?

I am not sure about this second one, but the Uboat seemed to be "bouncing off" of the sea floor. When i crashed into it i got a short "crashing" sound, and then the boat started rising about two to four meters.

Also, repeatedly crashing into the sea floor doesnt seem to do any Damage ATM.

The additions in the recognition manual are great. Really nice improvements there, espacialy the "height measure tool" comes in really handy.

Make that 0.17A, A map shader change to avoid integer math problems with certain graphics cards.

Tested again. Still the same Map problems on my Card, and a friends laptop. Mine is an older AMD card, his laptop is also from 2011 AFAIK.

Also we found a funny bug, where when the ingame time reaches 00:00 (we started around 21:00) the skybox kinda starts to freak out. the skybox started spinning around the north star for with the speed of 24 hours per second, so every second the skybox made a full day/night cycle :D was kinda annoying for the rest of the game cause it didnt stop.

Also for the friend who joined my lobby the depth echo didnt work, no idea why.

If you type 'c' in the notes textbox, the character is entered but the recognition manual closes :)

I have downloaded the new 17.0 patch but it dont download 17.0a 2nd part
so when I fire up Wolfpack I dont see dosstrupp's server or he my server

to get the 17A patch. go to steam. wolfpack properties. look for beta then open beta. opt for beta. 17A will download. and install automatically. then re-start game.

0.17b tested. Problems on the map are still present, maybe a few FPS more.

yes. my graphics dropped to 2 fps and convoy ships and escorts. black rectangle shapes and smoke jet black.it happened halfway through mission. twilight mission .1941. hard. overcast.
