Hi,

Where are located the orange stars icons for the missions? In fact all the missions icons?

Searched every folders, unable to find them :o

Thanks in advance :salute:

Why, in the "Terrain" folder, of course!... :har:

But seriously, "Game / Data / Terrain / LocationMaps" and all of the 'marker' files' names begin with the letter "O_", such as "O_Patrol.dds", which is the star with a binoculars on it. There are also the "O_Patrol_G.dds" type files that are the "Greyed" stars with the checkmark in them, for when you complete a patrol.

Are you thinking of trying to make them somewhat transparent, so a person could see "through" them? or just make them a light color?... :salute:

Ohh thank you mister Propbeanie :yeah:
Hopefully you are always here to help everyone!

Just thinking to reduce their size for OM...they are too big like in vanilla :03:

Ahhh yeshhh - large stars... you are more than welcome. :salute:

Just copy them from your other favorite mod, of course, and paste in OM. I've tried to make them semi-transparent with PS, more like a part of the map instead of a paste-on, but my skills are not there yet. Maybe a color change... :hmmm:

You can't use the opacity slider to make them more transparent?

One of the best image manipulation programs I've used is DXTBmp from here;

http://www.mwgfx.co.uk/

Open the DDS file, click Alpha, send alpha to editor. Works with any image editor including plain vanilla Windows Paint. After changing the white to a medium gray, save then go back to DXTBmp to click refresh alpha, then save the DDS file.
