Hi everyone,
can anyone advise me to how to start creating my own mods. I would like to for example be able to create custom torpedoes, and edge the Gato boat speed up to 25 or 30 knots. I have edited a couple of upc files and done some things and failed at others.
Be grateful for any help. Thanks.

modding requires a few utilities and some reading.
