Some Windows 10 64-bit users like me suffer from Mouse Trails in the retail version of Sub Command.

DXWnd based fix (scroll down):

Set antialiasing & anisotropic filtering as controled by application.
If it won't help, change in *.ini file cursor to software

Doesnīt work.
Iīve contacted the DXWND devs, they may find a fix for the non-STEAM versions.
Why you uses DXWnd if this program causes your problems with mouse?
You don't need it especially when:
Iīve tried to tinker around with the settings in DXWnd but I have limited skill with this tool
As you wrote before.
My solution is for pure DW/SC. Additional applications are on your own risk

The issue has nothing to do with DXWnd.
I'm sure, without 3rd applications my advices resolve this problem because its not first time. You can use "search" option on forum.
Btw, you wrote:

Why if you are sure:

Do you have the manual SCX + SCU IIc + ESMfix installation files? (not the Sub Guru simple installer)
I'm affraid currently i have only version from SubGuru.
readme below:
This installer combines the SCX II and SCX IIc packages as well as the ESM Fix so you dont have to install either of them again.
Furthermore all changes for the SCU are done as well, so all you have to do is select your Submarine of choice - don't try to use the InstallPlayableSub.exe again - you don't have to. Same goes for the batch files which are still in some of the directories ... simply ignore them.
The only optional thing you can do is use the SC SoundEdit Tool (which is included in this installer) and add the buoy sound which is mentioned in one of the ReadMe's.
After installing the SCX Package there is no going back to Stock SubCommand unless you deinstall and install it again. There is no JSGME Tool or other such thing included in this installer.
Big Thanks to the SCX Team - you guys did a great job. I just put a new wrapping on the gift package.
Cheers

I can try to ask my friend for this version but it may takes some time

It woud probably not much of an use as the manual SCX/SCU files likely also come with the .exe patch which canīt correctly recognize the Steam release modified 1.08 exe (which fixes the mouse trails.)
Hmm Crazy Ivan made update for SCX IIc with corrections for version 1.08
This patch includes improved navalsimengine.dll and subcommand.exe in version 1.08
You should try it.

(update attached to first post)
edit:
I did a fresh SC installation (I have SC from a naval pack non-steam box) + SCXIIc + upgrade, but game doesn't start
Update
If you have version 1.00-1.07 (not from naval pack) game should work. All you have to do is:
1. Install SC
2. Install patch 1.07 (from official Sonalyst site)
3. Install SCXIIc (simple installer with merged all fixes)
4. Install Update form Crazy Ivan (which changes SC version to 1.08)
I did this test on my brother comp (he owns CD non naval pack SC) on windows 7 x64
Game runs very well and exe version is 1.08
He haven't any glitches like mouse trails.
I cannot test it on windows 10
If you are sure mouse trails was fixed in 1.08, you should try use latest Crazy Ivan SCUIIc upadate
On my comp for unknown reason it doesn't works but i have only Naval pack version (1.08 from first installation)
I think reason is: SCXIIc cannot be fully instaled on version 1.08, so patch doesn't change crucial files.

The SC mouse trails are likely a win 10 64 specific issue.
Did you try to launch SC in window mode under dgVoodoo2? (add to shortcut -windowed)
Can you upload your DXWnd SC config? I can take a look.

Thanks to the offer but the DxWnd dev just managed to fix it. Iīve update the first post.
It looks good
Btw, can you check is it work in windowed mode?

According to the dev it seems to work, he mentions that there is a slight mouse offset in the same size of the window border which is fixed when playing borderless. Details are in the dxwnd thread.
I've read this but can you check it? I haven't windows 10 but for some players window mode is very important. You don't need to record video.

I overlooked the post.
From what `ve heard the Naval Pack version of SC is different to the original release + 1.08 patch, which could explain the issues. http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=213464.
My first install left me with bugged interfaces on custom ships. My working install now was achieved by launching the scu/scx simple installer right from the sc install folder with admin privileges, and launching the ship changer with admin privileges. But perhaps I did a unrelated mistake on the first install without noticing.
I myself got an old EA games copy from Amazon for a couple of bucks exclusively to play SCX/SCU without the limitations.

If it so important to them I am sure they can check it for themselves.

Exactly the same version (from EA) have my brother. My version is from Naval pack because i won this as prize in submarine knowledge contest (it was easy)
If it so important to them I am sure they can check it for themselves.
You can add "-windowed" parameter for checking, they needs to buy it first without any guarantee of correct work.
