Is there a tool that does this ? Search didn't come up with anything. So many mods various ini files conflict with each other.
Like to have something that compares different versions and automagically points out the differences instead of having to comb through them manually.
I.e., trying to make one 1024 file with all mods info. combined into it so there would be no conflicts.
