KSD-II Download Question

I downloaded the .MDX image file from the KSD Team website, and installed it.
Are there any differences between what i downloaded, and the KSD-II Aversaries GE.exe file you have linked in this forum?

Also, besides not being able to read/speak Russian, the mod is great! :salute:
