Game resolution

Hi..
I'm trying to run the game in windowed mode at a slightly lower resolution than my monitor (1920x1080) I'm running TWoS. Where is the file that controls the resolution? I tried editing ...sh5\Data\Cfg but it didn't take. The data in that file seemed not to relate to what I'm seeing in game. I used the next lowest option in the game drop down resolution menu but I'd like to edit it to slightly higher.

Recommend choosing variables that are still in the same Aspect ratio of 16:9.
There are many helpful online calculators, just search for "aspect ratio calculator".
