Broaching issue

When I order my sub to periscope depth, it always broaches the surface. Is this a bug? Is there a mod for it?

Yes, it's a bug. It seems to only happen at 4 knots or less, so try and go 5 knots when you do it. If the tactical picture keeps you from going 5 knots, you have to do it incrementally, ordering a few feet or a meter or two at a time.

Appreciate that. Also at the nav map, if I have the map up, and my sub in the small window, I have no information window, but in reverse I have the info window.

And while you are here, is there a link to RA? Can it be used with LWAMI? Thanks in advance.

I recommend to play DW in window mode it increases game stability.

RA is forbiden here - like mod developer: Crazy Ivan (banned here)

This is ridiculous because the DW section here develops due to this modification. Subsim in large part is beneficient of RA mod but subsim admins pretends RA mod doesn't exist :P
In my opinion it's not fair.

Yes, its sad but it's also more complicated because of EULA rights.

In other hand RA mod is NOT commercial product - it's free aplication.
...and Sonalyst did not finish own product well

Discussion in RA topic have 111 pages (on my browser) - much more than any other thread about DW. For me it means something.

Subsim admins have doubts about RA mod legality but they haven't doubts about new fundraisers which are here mainly for RA reason :P

They are not compatible. RA should always be installed over a fresh installation of Dangerous Waters for best results.

I ran RA i get a splash screen, the opening video without units visible? then crashes to desktop

what i did was from what i understand, I unzipped RA into a folder on my desktop, I moved all files into c:\dangerous waters where .exe is located. I then activate the .bat, and it runs. should be it, but then i get the splash, the intro vid, but there are no units visible on the vid, then when i click, or let the video run it crashes to desktop.

I was able to get it to main menu but cannot select a mission or campaign
