Having trouble fixing my Steam Version

Hello everyone, as the title says I'm having trouble with the steam version of Sh5

I don't know if I can explain it really well, but following this way of doing it, http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showpost.php?p=2266214&postcount=161

On step 6 I have the .rar file downloaded and when I click file after running it all that shows up is "Quit." So I can't go forward and can't do anything until I actually see "Open"


I'm sorry if I explained it badly but I did it the best I could.

When you unzip the file in "Properties" it will show as "Read Only"
You need to un-tick this before proceeding.

I would suggest you save yourself some trouble and install this mega mod which contains aSTEAM conversion.
