Just curious, I think these would be super helpful for us newbies!

Depends what you have in mind as "tutorial". Missions with commentary:
... now go to station XXX and turn ON knob YYY"
are not possible in DW because editor havent scripts and triggers for makink this kind of scenarios.

There is 1 more option: Sub command is very similar to Dangerous Waters. Also many peoples have DW from naval pack - with added SC. In SC training sceanrios have commentary etc. You can install SC, pass all training missions and go back to DW :)
