Revised DD Hatsuharu for FOTRS Ultimate v0.71

Let me propose to the community Japanese Hatsuharu-class destroyer with revised 3d model and armament.

Ir replaces current DD Hatsuharu from FOTRS v0.71 which is created basis DD Shiratsuyu.
Original FOTRS skins for DD Hatsuharu are used as default but I kindly suggent to use excellent IJN DD Skin Correction for FotRSU 0.71 (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=237627) mod of yyzBegonia with the proposed unit.

Fully JSGME compatible.
Thanks to AOTD/MadMax and the excellent FOTRS Team for original model of the ship.
