NewUI TDC 7_4_2 TAI/NavMap issues

Hello

I am having problems with the Ruler and Protractor on the TAI/NavMap.
When using these tools with Tool Helper Enabled the plotted marks and lines are offset down and to the right from where i am clicking.

If i disable the tool helper, the plotting and marks are accurate.


The mods i have installed in order via JSGME are :
TWoS 2.0.0
TWoS 2.1.1 Update
TWoS Encrypted BDU
NewUIs_TDC_7_4_2_byTDW
NewUIs_TDC_7_4_2_Real_Navigation

Uninstalling NewUIs mod fixes the problem.

I found a similar post on the forums from a user that was having identical issues but he was able to resolve this problem by unistalling a Resolution patch he had installed.
I don't have that patch and my game is running full screen 1080p.
I also have made no changes to the game files via OFEV.

Can anyone help with this problem ?
