Hi!

I am a new member of this forum. I am about to buy Silent Hunter 5 from Steam because I cannot get it through Amazon. I've read in the original post that it doesn't work with Steam but later it says that there is a way of installing it. I've been doing a bit of research and I found this link: http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showpost.php?p=2266214&postcount=161, in which you explain how to do it. The thing is that later you say that you are not sure about if it is legal or not, so I just wanted to know if I am allowed to install it from Steam, if the laws of Steam allows you to do that or not nowadays, if is there any risk doing this.

Thanks a lot!

Using the conversion is not a problem all you are doing is moving the game a directory to a folder.
Ideally any type of game version other than STEAM is better for SH5 as you are eliminating a load of hassle.
