Binocular trouble - no optic zoom

Some mods makes the zoom in binoculars very weak - and you can not zoom in on the view.
Under what files and how can I change the adjustment - set larger zoom?

I have heard rumors, mind you, only rumors - but I think William knows what he's talking about - but the rumor is that The Queen shall bestow said title upon Sir Peter THEBERBSTER sometime soon, due his gentlemanlyness (I do not think that is a real word) and helpful heart and spirit...
