Periscope Zoom Mod

Hi again. I'm having issues changing my periscope zoom levels. I was searching around and from what it looked like I can just edit the \Library\Cameras.dat file.

The problem is, .dat files open up as gibberish in Notepad and Wordpad. I'm sure this has been asked a million times before but I can't seem to find anything. Is there a mod for this?

Sorry I forgot to update. SH Commander worked great. The interface was a bit odd but I picked it up pretty quickly and added a 10x zoom. Much appreciated.
