Mini Consoles

I had to re-download/install and those little mini consoles are visible. How do I turn them off?

I assume you are referring to the navigation tool bars.
This forum discusses how to enable them and the commented sections //
have settings for turning them on/off which should re-enable the buttons to activate them individually.
