Typhoon class periscope,esm,radar

I started playing Red Campaign with Typhoon claas and noticed this, i cannot rasie scope,esm or radar because scope depth in Typhoon claas is somewhere in 65 ft and going to 50 ft will expose the sub.

Any help with that?
