creation of new subs

Hello,i play cold waters and i want create new subs with a 3d modelisation!
But i don't know any software who can help me in this project. If you have an advice to help me i'll take it!

Unfortunately, that isn't possible currently. :( Trust me, I've got so many plans for when that becomes possible.
