When the audio voices are enabled, they are a big help.

That said, there is a misnomer in terminology.
You would not say "Fire Tube X". It would be said: 'Shoot Tube X.

The only person who can say Fire is the Firing Panel (FP) Operator or Command Launch Console (CLC) Operator (depending on which Fire Control System you have).

The FP or CLC is the only one 'by the written procedure' (OD44979) that will say this.
I never had a CO or anyone else say this in my 24 years....

In the game you don't hear the orders given, you hear the crew replies. If the captain is the only one that says "Shoot Tube 3" you should not hear it at all. So, according to the USN procedure you describe, it's ok after all, isn't it?

I had Jive Turkey go over the script for the voices for accuracy so things like this have been fixed for the final set of voices.

Its not a big deal. I am not sure you would want to put the time/resources in to change it. It it just a remark..

Is there anything that can be done with multiple messages stepping on top of each other? Can the engine handle multiple voice message at the same time?

Speaking of such, I would like to be able to review the messages, or just the last 3-4. Maybe a button for the Log. Not a big priority, though. Maybe it's time for the crew to sound off a little louder.
