Ownship Camera Lock-out

Is anybody having trouble with being locked out of your ownship view,,?
If so can you please tell me the settings you're using, difficulty, event camera on/off etc....

Should have the following:

Camera To Player=F1
Camera To Selected Contact=F2
Camera To Weapon=F3
Camera To Aircraft=F4
Camera To Scenery=RightShift+F4
