Heh heh.
Care to add SUBROC, ASTOR (or even an ASTOR w/conventional warhead)?
The Soviets had a full range of nuclear depth bombs, torpedoes, ASM's, SSM's, sub and ship launched rockets, atomic demolitions for Naval Spetsnaz, etc.

LOL. I imagine firing 1 would be a mission failure, owing to the whole planetary destruction angle...

Nah, I altered the damage ratio from 845 to 8500. :03:

It'd be a fairly large escalation...

We had nuke's in the very low kiloton range (37 tons and up), mainly artillery fired atomic projectiles. Davy Crockett was about 20 tons. Not my specialty, I worked on strategic and tactical bombs (not to mention explosives and demolitions). Det cord is your friend.
Any one thought of implementing the NT-37 torpedo? It was fielded in 1975, range 19,000 yds, speed 32 knots, warhead 330 lbs HBX. Mk 48's are fine for the 1984 campaign, but I like a little bit of a challenge (lol).
