Has anyone else had the same problem, windows 10 upgrade this week and now sh5 will not start, just get error message .0.000005. Tried comp mode, tried running in admin mode, no change. But sh3 runs fine, wtf

Oh my gosh... either more MS shenanigans, or we now know the source of Wannacry ransomware... I'll have to fire up my SH5 and see...

On mine, Windows update plus Steam update plus forgotten password = I can't get mine going yet... :lol:

Mind you now, mine is a Steam version, which is a bother of course, and it's been over six months since I noodled around in it, but mine won't start either - but it's because it's back to the state it was in the day I bought it. All that trouble I went through with the Steam tweaks here, and they're gone. I have to go through the "authentication procedure" again... Whether it was a Windows Update or a Steam Update, dunno. Might have just been from not logging into Steam for a while. Stinkie.

Mine is the disk version. Windows 10 is up to date, and SH5 is working fine. I was playing today.

Today w10 had a new big update, After that twos went black only sound.
I needed to edit the properties from sh5.exe, compatible mode for w7
and now i can play again :up:

There is/was a problem with Nvidia drivers. Games do not play. Black screen and only sound. Rolled back to the Anniversary Update. All fine.

So it could be that this is the problem. Do not know if it is solved yet in the latest drivers.

My nvidia drivers were up to date....all the games working fine only twos not.

Same here. I forced the Windows 10 update in April. The nvidia driver issue was an earlier version of the nvidia driver. I will wait till the update shows on Windows Update. There is no rush for me at the moment. In the middle of a Campaign with SH4 :up:

That's not the issue with mine its something to do with the game not recognising the screen resolution I think. Deleted game re loaded it outside program x86 but game launcher loads to program x 86 wtf.
