English voices in wolves of steel

Hi guys, I just did the huge mod instillation of the wolves of steel Mod. Can I change the crew so they talk in english rather than gernan. I cant get english subtitles either ?? please help

I had the same problem, this post (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showpost.php?p=2480813&postcount=7766) had the solution. You can also disable the TWoS 2.0 mod, then delete the data\Sound\Speech folder from the mod, that will stop the English voices from being overwritten in the first place.

Would it not be easier to delete the 2 speech folders.
1.TWOS 2.0 main mod speech folder
2.Main game speech folder.
Copy and paste the English speech folder found in the download to both.
Do not see why you need to rename it?

I don't see the need to rename anything either.

If you delete the Data/Sound/Speech folder from the WoS mod *before* installing it, you retain the original English speech.

If you paste the download into the Data/Sound/Speech folder It will overwrite the German speech with English. Probably best to let JSGME do that so it (and the original mod) can be removed cleanly.

I avoid big downloads so I chose the former, however I should have a look at the files. If new German speech was added, the first method would remove them (possibly causing a crash when they're referenced), the second wouldn't, though they would remain in German,of course.

So I found this post. So if I want english I need to Install SH5 with English and delete Data/Sound/Speech folder from the TWoS mod then re-enable it on JSGME?

I use to use this mod when I installed in English and maybe wanted to change my mind to German later on:

I thought at one point there was a English one of that mod.

The mod you are referring to is used in place of the custom dvd installation where you can change the default English voices to German.
With a download you would not get this option so I guess this is where the mod is used or alternatively copying and pasting the data.
With TWOS the default language is German which would be correct realistically for a German submarines crew.
