Finally solved the issue with starting at the sub base in pearl harbor, going to fix fremantle next.. Now, trying to fix RSRD where dont get transferred away from Pearl or Fremantle/ Brisbane as home port until late in war. Esp with Sub Pac, prefer to stay based out of Pearl until late war.
Tried adjusting but something was out of wack and got CTD when started mission up. Someone willing to assist? Thanks in advance.

I've not done any experimenting on this myself as of yet, but plan on doing so in a few weeks. Where I was going to try my attempts at such as you're doing was in the Flotillas.upc file. I've color-coded a few things:
[Flotilla 1]
ID= PearlHarborCommand
NameDisplayable= Pearl Harbor
AvailabilityInterval=NULL, NULL
[Flotilla 1.Base 1]
ID= PearlHarbor
NameDisplayable= Pearl Harbor, Hawaii
ExternalBaseName=Pearl Harbor
AvailabilityInterval= NULL, NULL
DepartureDescription1= -18954703, 2562919, 45.918098 ; Enum of... blah blah
DepartureDescription2= -18954874, 2563059, 46.252201
;DepartureDescriptionOut1= 21438780, 3367405, 270.000000 ; Enum of starting points for when the player selects the option to start outside the base
DepartureDescriptionOut1= -18957616, 2548824, 242.189346 ; Enum of... blah blah
[Flotilla 1.UserPlayerUnitType 1]
ID= F1Porpoise
NameDisplayable= Porpoise class
AvailabilityInterval= NULL, NULL
IDLinkUserPlayerUnitType= Porpoise
UnitTypeCommonality= 4 ; to be used when.. blah blah
IDFlotillaLinkTransferTo= NULL ; when the flotilla is disbanded... blah blah
The Availability... stuff is where I was going to try, for the different boat classes though. The "NULL, NULL" portions of course mean "the whole war in all three cases, with the Flotilla itself up top, then the base, then the individual boat (Porpoise Class in this example).
First of all, you need an "IDFlotillaLinkTransferTo=" to point to, such as "BrisbaneCommand", or whatever the "[Flotilla X] ID= " is for the "target" flotilla you want to transfer to. Then, you want to change dates to match, such that the boat's "NULL, NULL" is now "NULL, 1944-06-01" or whatever date desired, with YEAR-MO-DA format.
I'm using the FotRSU Flotilla.upc as my "model", and if you look at the journey of an S-18 from Manila to Surabaya to Fremantle to Brisbane, to being completely dropped off the roster on 1943-11-01, and a NULL for the transfer link, you go to a desk job, or retire... I've not tried that "thread" through the game yet, but it does make me curious. I also do not understand which "Base" you might end up in, if there's a multiple choice for a particular Command. Also, if you're in Flotilla2, do you end up in Flotilla2 at the "new" Base? What happens if there isn't a Flotilla2 where you're going? These and other questions I can't think of right now remain to be answered later...
What part(s) had you changed in your attempt at this Bubblehead1980?
