Trying to install the Wolves of Steel mod into SH5 steam installation Windows 10

The title pretty much says it all. I cant get the cabinet file installer to run. Apparently im missing the mscomctl.ocx file.

I have downloaded it and copied it to the SOW64 dir and Sys32 folders but the error keeps on happening.

If anyone could help this old sea dog install this mod, id be very grateful.
