How to remove flags from player subs in TMO

Never cared much for the flags flying on player subs in TMO. I know there is a way to remove.I forgot how to do so and can't seem to find a thread. Thought ducimus explained how in the readme but does not

Using notepad, go to SH4/TMO/Submarine/Tench/.eqp file. Scroll down to item 19 for most, place a semi colon in front of each part of the entry.If want the flah, delete the semi colon. Each individual sub class has to edited, such as gato etc.
