View Full Version : Question-Cannot find Testpilot1978 for Permissions

Using Google Translate from German to English The Readme from Testpilot1978 says the following: "The use of the addon in Freeware-Silent Hunter 3- Modifications is allowed, if given to me appropriate credits".

- "It is not allowed to modify the addon, or publish it under its own name, without prior permission from me".

My confusion is the second passage as I intend to not only modify in 3D the Original Model, but Retexture and release as multiple mods in the Air folder and Thus Renaming Each to Correspond to the Operating Country. I cannot find him on here for permission. With help from those Knowledgeable could he be contacted and permission be obtained? Is his user name changed? Any effort would be appreciated in advance. I will start a WIP thread Proper after I have my information.

Write him a message and he will reply. He is a fine guy. :yep: I asked him a few months ago to use his airplanes for my rockets mod, and he accepted.
