Hull and Sail/Conning tower Combination

This mod serves a two fold purpose. 1) To demonstrate that the hull and sail files can be completely combined, thus negating any bugs arising from using multiple playable submarines. 2) To provide for better groundwork for future playable submarines that have only one sail/conning tower that doesn't change.

This is the kind of work I wish I had back when I started modding modern submarines.
