Help please!! Ctd everywhere!

Hi everyone!!

Yesterday i've bring home my new PC (older one i was using for gaming and mod was assembled in 2001 and renewed in 2006, this is the end of a long career, so...).

New pc is a Intel I5 with 8Gb Ram, Windows 10 o.s.

Rapidly i installed SH3 (tested) and GWX (tested). I've installed them into a different drive and IT WORK (and what a difference in loading time!!)

Now, i've tryed to make a small mod soup, for back to something similar to my old installation.

EVERY TIME I TRY TO CHANGE SOMETHING (also something simple, like add a ship, that WORKS IN MUSEUM, when i try to launch a new career, i obtain this CTD:

Note that if i remove added unit, i can load new career without CTD. But if i re-add her, CTD again.
Same thing for some mods like GWX3.0 All_Weather_Guns, for example.

Always this "msvcr71.dll" CTD.

Anyone has any idea?
I'm so frustrated.. i've buy this great PC also for play SH3 and make mods, i've spent what i've spent, but CTD, CTD and CTD again.

Please, does someone have any ideas please?

Should i place those files into windows specified directory?

Edit : if i should place them into Window's specified directory, it sadly doesn't work! :/\\!!:/\\!!:/\\!!

Did you try the 4gb Patch?
Maybe the ships use too much memory.

No honestly!
Where i can found this and how can i install this?
(I'll try but i don't think a single 2mb ship can use GBs :P btw, i'll test it!)

HI VonDos
SH3 does not like Windows 10 so you need to run it in Windows 7 compatibility mode.
Check your GPU is set up correctly.

Even though though you have a new system it may not have up to date drivers and this needs to be checked also.
Run your applications > SH3.exe > GWX and > JSGME as administrators.

edit: i patched, game start fine but when i try to load a new, not modded career, CTD appear.

post edit: if i replace patched file with original one, career can load well, until i try to mod something. When i try.. CTD AGAIN! :doh:

It seems like there's a kind of "protection" for to not change nothing,,

Did you install the patch 1.4b?
Did you install to a different location? Maybe C: ?

As administrator and W7 compatibility, W10 can´t lock any dll and "all is secure".

So, the game works....
