can someone explain me how the software works, please?
Ex: I find duplicate ID in two dat files, but that ID do not exist in those files. How is it possible?

I find duplicate ID in two dat files, but that ID do not exist in those files. How is it possible?
I don't have time, need to go out after 10 minutes, but:
Duplicated Id :A4C8C0892581936D
Take this: A4C8C0892581936D
Separate it like this, two by two: A4 C8 C0 89 25 81 93 6D
Now, reverse it backwards: 6D 93 81 25 89 C0 C8 A4
Gather together again: 6D93812589C0C8A4
Finally, add in the beginning: 0x
Now the duplicated Id is: 0x6D93812589C0C8A4
Use S3D - Find function(Ctrl+F), to find it.

Have I to keep 5?
If you click Generate button, this will generate you a five random Id's, if you want to use new Id for something. But because S3D also generate new Id's, directly where are needed, there's no point to use this function here.
