LSH3 V15 w/ GUI OLC wide -- Can´t activate dial in Periscope

Hello fellow Kaleus,

the BDU seems to have glued the dial ring of the manual targeting in my periscope. It should activate, when I click on the scale below the tube selection window. But it doesn´t. Instead I can move the view.

I´ve installed LSH3 v15 a couple of days ago.
I activated the OLC mod.
Started a campaign (Manual targeting in realism not activated)
Checked a Youtube video how to activate
Searched the forum.
Ran out of ideas.

Somone out there who can help me?

Activate manual targeting. Otherwise not working.

I will try - and possible fail to hit anything - if it´s pure manual.
At least some virtual, brave sailor´s lifes will be saved by this.
