Mod that increases the number of crew members on Sub?

I could be wrong but I read that the U-boats had around 19 sailors on them. In game I count something like 11. Does anyone know of a mod that increases the visible number of sailors you see in the sub?

And again, I could be wrong.

There are no mods or changes you can make that will add crew to your boat.
