How to tweak sensors AI

Hello does anyone know a good program which is easy too use or with instructions to tweak Sensors Ai i want to tweak it because stiebler asdic fix only works for 8 km atmosphere

The best tool is skwas' "S3D". You can download it HERE (http://s3d.skwas.com/downloads.aspx). Or use a HexEditor like Christian Maas' "XVI32" - you can find it here in the download section.

S3D its silent editor? right i tried but i don't understand how to use it

You can edit Sim.cfg with notepad. That is in \Data\cfg\
Also in \Data\Library\AI_Sensors.dat you can tweek it with s3d.
