Is there a mod like "SH3 Commander" for SH4?

Is there a mod out there for SH-4 that is like "SH3 Commander"? I really liked this mod, what little I played of it before I switched over to SH-4, as the campaign customization and the the little immersion aspects to it were really nice.

I believe that someone had started working on something to that effect, but never finished the project. So I guess the answer would be no. :D

It's a shame but to my knowledge there has never been such a mod. I still play SH3 with it and it is still not old ;)
