Editing Sub Systems Names

I'm in the process of creating a small mod to translate the Sub Systems tabs and items from German to English in the TWoS megamod, and I can't seem to find where to change the final tab (Externe Ausrustung/External Equipment). All but this sneaky bugger seem to be in the /Submarine/.../...upcge files. Anyone happen to know where it's hidden? Thanks!
