i cant find old mod files

i was looking and find this: Not Your Grand Mothers Crew Management Mod 1.1 from 2006/7.

i was wondering find the files to look files but i cannot find a lone link.

i dont know if its implemented actualy in some other mod, or is the nygm option of fatigue. i caqtualy dont use nygm, only gwx and wac.

im interested becose unemployed morale model was one of the thinks i ever think should work to make the micromagment (i look every 4/8 hours the crew) more important.

i was reading the files into rar.
i know that the basic file and the sh3commander files are needed.

for employ it in gwx or wac, the fatigue part of masic.cfg should be copy and compartament. The rest is refined to tonelage point system.
of course the sh3 commander gives the steps of moral and fatigue.

the sim.cfg in teory dosent have a direct efect so its not necesary.

But there are NSS_uboats_type.sim for every sub. Here i dont know if this can generate a conflict with the other supermods. i think the implementation of the new tgas is realted to new variables, this should be there.

Does the mod work on fatigue if only run basic file and the sh3commander files? Or fatigues models need those .sim files?
