Mods that work for download versions

I have a downloaded version of SH3 from Direct2Drive and was wondering if any of the super mods work with it or any mods for that matter.

As long as your version is v1.4 then you can use any mods or mega mod.
your SH3.exe will show you your version.

Any mod should work for any type, I was able to successfully run GWX and LSH3 on my steam version of SH3...
